Gift Certificates are an excellent way to reward or motivate staff. Available from €120 to €500 or as complete stay experiences such as Premium Wine and Gourmet. They may also be an excellent value for customers wishing to buy your services or wines from estates with cellars.

Discounts can be given for multiple orders. Gift certificates can be purchased online or we are happy to send an invoice. Gift certificates are usually presented with the Slowwines company logo but if you would prefer your own corporate logo we are happy to accommodate your requests subject to volume or costs.

  • These certificates can be used as a credit in the same booking.
  • All certificates are valid for 18 months (from the date of issue). Please find the date of issue on your certificate in a white box.
  • Gourmet & Premium Tours: The recipient has the chance to pick from a variety of Premium tours
  • All our certificates come in an exclusive presentation wallet, with a personalized card, specially designed by a local artist
  • The card comes either printed and shipped by regular mail, or it can be emailed to the recipient

How to obtain a Gift Cards from Slow Wines?

Once you’ve decided which of the three experiences you would like to purchase, contact us to discuss any special requirements with one of our travel agents. Slow Wines will listen to your requests and make any suggestions to improve the gift experience, if necessary.

Redeeming a Gift Certificate

•  Step 1
Identify the kind of Gift Certificate you have. Choose your wine / food holiday, enter your details and proceed to the payment page
•  Step 2
Find your unique gift voucher number.  You can find it in the bottom left hand corner of the certificate.
•  Step 3
Communicate us your gift voucher number during the booking
For each gift certificate there is a monetary value (where a value is printed on the front) there will be six characters. The first two characters show you the type of certificate:  € 120 SBE  -  € 250 WME  -  € 500 GPT

FAQ

  • How do you send the gift voucher?
    We’ll send the gift voucher by email to you or your recipient
  • What can I spend my gift voucher on?
    Spend the gift voucher on one of the Slowwines holidays/tours selection. Gift vouchers are only valid for holiday products including accommodation, transfers. Please note that monetary Value Certificates cannot be accepted if the reservation must be pre-paid at time of booking. When you book online please mention in the Special note section that you will use your gift certificate as full or part payment for your holidays.
  • Does the gift voucher expire?
    Yes. Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 18 months of the issue date. You will find the date of issue on your certificate in a white box.
  • What if the gift voucher has expired?
    Your booking must be made before the gift voucher expiry date. If a change is made after the expiry date the full value of the gift voucher will be forfeited.
  • Are gift vouchers transferrable?
    Yes, gift vouchers can be transferred to another person. There is no restriction to who redeems the voucher so, it is important to keep it in a safe place.
  • Can I get a refund?
    We don’t issue refunds so, treat the gift voucher like cash. If you think you’ve made a mistake in your booking, contact slowwines.
  • Can I pay with credit card?
    Yes. Pay by credit card using PayPal.
  • Do I need a PayPal account?
    Yes. You will need an existing PayPal account, or to create a new PayPal account, to buy a gift voucher.
  • Can I use the gift voucher for two bookings?
    Redeem in one booking only. Any amount not redeemed in that booking will be lost and no credit will remain.
