Get in contact with us. For each tour description you can ask for a quote by selecting the Get a Quote button in the upper left corner of the main image. Fill out our form, including as many details as possible to help us customize your perfect Iberian experience. We'll get back to you and begin working. At the beginning we will ask for a small retainer to secure our services. This fee will be applied to your tour costs. More info in our FAQ's. You can add any useful information in the message box.
You can submit your booking form online
We commit to get back to you within 48 hours on week days. We will contact you by email, skype or phone with some back-and-forth in order to explore and determine your preferences and expectations. Keep an eye on your mailbox
Step 2
Secure Our Services - We apply a retainer to secure our 12+ years of professional travel experience in Portugal and Spain. It has to be paid so we can proceed with the rest of the tour proposal (where you benefit from your local expertize)
Step 3
Develop Your Ideas - This is when the travel team analyzes your request: we start an ongoing conversation with you over email, skype, or by phone to determine the perfect itinerary for your trip at the right price.
Step 4
We start an ongoing conversation based on your preferrences or adapting one of the sample tours from the website. We will send you an itinerary based on your favorite activities and tailored to your specific needs. We won't rest until we've crafted the tour just as you like it.
Step5
Book it in
When you are satisfied with the initial proposal, we ask you to pay the deposit, which is a way to confirm the booking.
The amount of the deposit will vary according to the time of arrival (late or low season), number of people.
As soon as your initial deposit payment is made, we'll work as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure the very best guides, hotel rooms, tastings and tours are secure. We will send you an invoice for payment of the outstanding. Your payment is important as it ensures the formal booking of the tour. You receive a final booking confirmation email once payment is done via PayPal or the bank transfer is received.
This email includes a first information package regarding your holidays. You receive all the complete information package in printed format a couple of weeks before your arrival.
